Tinting your windows can reduce heat and also provide privacy. Not all states allow tint to be applied on the front windows. Please check with your states’ tinting laws before proceeding to have your windows tinted. Tint comes in different shades and color. Black, Blue, Yellow, Green, etc… If you’re planning to tint your windows yourself, do not but tint film other than Gila Films, which you can find at Napa Auto parts or Autozone. They’re the best out there because they have a more resistance against harsh chemicals.

Tint is a film that goes on the inside of the window.

One thing to note is that when cleaning you tinted windows do not use any anomia based cleaners, because the tint will discolor and peel. Best, use just water or water mixed with vinegar.

If you want your car to look really clean, tint all your windows the same shade. For example I tinted my windows all 20% all around.

How to tint by Gila Films

*TINT REMOVAL*

All you need is the Window Film Adhesive Remover by Gila and couple of razor blades to get the job done. First peel off the film and spray the solution on the window and use the razor blade going up and down the window to remove the excess adhesive that is left behind from the film.
